My Computer Animation character Percival all rendered and pretty, I'm sure by the end of this I'll have to rerig him a million times, but for now, he's working! D: unfortunately I've recently realized that he's looking quite a bit like the girl from monster house, and I don't know what to do, I'm thinking about changing his hair color but he's such a cute redhead

It's his eyes. You need to change the colors of the bags underneath them to black or a dark brown. Blue can sometimes work but not here since his features are very feminine.
