Some Things

Just a few pictures, I've been pretty busy lately with work/freelance but here are a few things I've recently done/been meaning to post. The first seems to be what would happen if Julie Shin and I became one person and got caught in a rainstorm, the second are my favorite random people I've ever seen. This handsome, though trashy looking scruffy young man with his wifebeater, aviator sunglasses and long cigarette (he would have fit in perfectly in the movie Grease) who I saw with a very tall and incredibly skinny girl (i mistook her for a man at first) wearing a long flowing tie-dye dress that had a neck that plunged all the way to her belly button. They were definitely the weirdest couple of people I've seen together at once. The last are a group of knitters I saw at Mr. Crepe in Davis square, I've seen several different knitting boys in Davis so far.

Something old, something new

I've been so busy lately! I started an internship last month so having to rush move to boston and work a 9-5 job has impacted my art making time! But here are a few things : ) enjoy

Here's a drawing I did back at the end of senior year for our senior show. Its of the sleepiest members of our graduating class, from the left, Emily, Lindsey O, Jiyoung, Jin, Mike R, Juan, Gigi and Lindsey L.

And here is my latest piece I did for drawergeeks, this on was a Frankenstein theme. sadly I didn't have time to color it, but I think it's cute none the less

And here is an illustration of the famous 20s star Josephine Baker. She was very sassy and you should look her up. This is/was for a calendar of badass women that I've been working on with my friends Dawn and Ben.

Drawer Geeks

I am now a member of DrawerGeeks www.drawergeeks.com and here are my last two entries : ) the themes were the incredibles and the punisher... as for an explanation as to why he's wearing a sailor scout outfit...whenever i hear anything about punishing I think of sailor moon's famous line she would always say when attacking baddies "In the name of the moon I will punish you" and that's how that happened.

The second is a drawing of one of my ollldd fantasy type characters from back in the day when I wrote lots of silly fantasy stories.
